IFU has published the handbook IFU’s best practice on setting up business in developing countries – a handbook for entrepreneurs.
The handbook is meant to serve as inspiration for mainly small and medium-sized Danish companies.
The five chapters focus on the initial start-up phase. and include organisation, local partner and team, infrastructure and supplies, risk reduction and mitigation and the economic aspects of operations.
The book does not prescribe a particular recipe; however it highlights hands-on areas, which – based on IFU’s long experience – might be difficult to navigate.
We hope you will find the handbook useful.
