IFU exits the project after typically five to seven years. The most common reason is that the loan has been repaid in full and/or that there is a clear agreement between the parties on the timing of IFU's exit and on the value of the shares.
If no such agreement exists, IFU's shares are generally sold at their market value.
Should a project company experience problems and a reconstruction become necessary, IFU has a group of investment managers specialised in handling that type of complicated cases.
